RENTAL RATES are based on occupancy of no more than two persons per site. Additional adults occupying the site are charged $2.00 / day, $10.00 / week, or $30.00 / month plus tax; whichever is appropriate (consult office for child guest policy). Electricity is included in daily and weekly rates only. Monthly and annual rates are billed monthly for actual electricity used.
The above "Utility Fee" does not apply to 7 or 12 month annual residents. For those, electricity shall be billed each month at the SRP Single Family Residential Rate. The current SRP Single Family Residential Rate has been separately provided. If that rate changes during the term of the rental agreement, the change will automatically be reflected in the billing.
RESERVATIONS: A deposit of $450.00 is required to reserve a site through the 2008-2009 season.
